“There are 371 voters in Azerbaijan aged 100 and above,” Head of Media and Public Relations department of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Shahin Asadli has told Sechki-2018.az.
“Of them 344 are women, while 27 are men,” Shahin Asadli said.
“Preparations for the election are being carried out in accordance with the calendar plan of the Central Election Commission. All polling stations across the country have been supplied with necessary equipment. All necessary steps are being taken to excellently organize and ensure free, transparent and fair elections,” the department head said.
The presidential election in Azerbaijan will be held on 11 April on 125 election constituencies and 5541 polling stations.
