Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has attended commissioning of a 424 MW Mingachevir hydropower plant after overhaul.
President of Azerenerji OJSC Etibar Pirverdiyev informed Ilham Aliyev about the work carried out at the plant.
The Azerbaijani president then launched the Mingachevir HPP.
