Co-chairman of the European Union-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Javanshir Feyziyev has held a number of meetings at the European Parliament in Brussels to discuss ways of developing parliamentary cooperation between the country and the EU.
Feyziyev met with heads of political groups and parties as well as co-rapporteurs for the South Caucasus at the European Parliament. They also discussed recent developments in the region, and Feyziyev provided information about the Armenians` violating ceasefire on a regular basis. He also highlighted the political and economic reforms carried out in the country.
The meetings will continue in Strasbourg next week.
